i cant seem to get anywhere on the roots web maybe im going about it all wrong! ive been at this a couple of weeks and ive been trying to find an andrews family living in grenada (my dad came from there but i never knew him) but i cant seem to get any info. any help you guys? please!!!

It's a good idea to check the Rootsweb mailing list archives too. Last year I found someone researching the same unusual name in the same area but at that time we had no information to connect the two families. However, having access to the 1871 census, I have found the connection and the person I contacted is my husband's 4th cousin. Heather

Hi, I havent seen anyone mention what a brilliant site Rootsweb is. You can look up by county, country, single names. And there are always people available for look ups.
