Hello, I have a relative who was born in 1844, in Staithes, Yorkshire. I can't find a reference for his birth at the Family Records Office, so I need to know which Parish Staithes is in. I've tried to find a Parish reference for Staithes on the GENUKI, but I can't find anything definite. Any ideas? Thanks! Jason.

I live not far from Staithes and I reckon also that it would fall under Whitby. Roxby and Borrowby are only just down the road from Staithes and they fall under Whitby.
