When is Export Tree going to work

This is not the only facility on the site that doesn't work. I have been a full member now for three months and have only been able to access the "boards". After countless emails to support team and have had just 2 replies, both saying the matter would be sorted, and one said that there were only a couple of people on the support team. Surely with the numbe of people registering on the site there should be money available to employ sufficient people to iron out problems, but as someone said "once they have your money...." Still, nonetheless I enjoy the boards and the lovely people who contribute and are so helpful. Who knows, they may get around to dealing with our problems, but I'll not hold my breath waiting. I've had a reply too. Here it is Thanks for reporting this problem. I have passed this on to our technical team to have a look at. Please bear with us while we work to resolve this. Regards Estelle Now I've got to have another maon at them as another member has given me permission to view her tree but it's not appearing in my View Trees. Very inconvenient as I could do to see her tree as I offered to do a look up for her. Grrrrrr Jeanette x

I would also like to know when "Import Tree" is going to work as well.I have been left with just one name in my tree for two days now.I sent a contact message thropugh the Site Saturday,and i also have sent an ordinary Email,but I have yet to receive a reply.This all arose from a previous Upload,which left certain errors in my Tree.i then worked on the Tree,off site and corrected the errors.When I then tried to upload the Tree,I was unsuccesful exen though I carried the instructions to the letter.I even included the allegedly suspect file in an attachment to the Email I sent,but I have still to receive a reply.Quite naturally this is holding up all my research,and qiute frankly,I am fed up with it. Well that's not good news Carol is it? I'll try emailing them myself and see if I get a reply. I won't hold my breath though. It seems that lately they don't seem that bothered about us mere mortals that pay thier wages! lol. I'll get down off my soapbox now! lol Jeanette x

I have been trying to export my tree but the link doesnt work. I have emailed gr about it, but no reply. Anyone any idea what is happening.
