WHATS THE BEST WAY TO FIND PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN FOSTERED, IF SOCIAL SERVICES WONT HELP? IM TRYING TO FIND MY BROTHER AND 2 SISTERS, APRIL, SONIA AND RICHARD CLARK. THANKS JASON

Hi Conrad, Are you sure they were fostered not adopted. It is unusual for soc.serv not to help. I was fostered as a child and was able to request to read my records. Have you tried contacting the fostering team in your local area?
