If you google and click the restriction: "pages from the UK" you don't get so much foreign - and you do get a couple of family tree sites, and something about Cadbury Scheppes (that figures!) amongst others. You actually get "about 52" results instead of "about 405". Nell's City of London link looks a very likely idea to me. Christine |

Can't see it in this list of livery companies: http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/Corporation/leisure_heritage/livery/linklist.htm I googled "master confectioner" and got info about the USA and Austria. nell |

Help - is there anywhere that I can find a list of master confectioners my 2x g and 3 x g grandfathers (1840) were both master confectioners and I would like more info on any guild/association they may have belonged to. thanks to anyone that can help Karen |
