hello all that simple eh? who put that tick there. still not 100% tho images are now going through ulead picture displayer which they didnt before. did someone come in the night to wind me up? happy birthday scary thanks everyone love brenda x ps got hundreds of pics that arent mine now where did they come from x

Thanks guys, that will help me also. Sometimes my OE will give me the same message. Strange how one day an attachment is allowed, the next it is deleted. Many thanks.

Brenda, In Outlook, go to 'tools', then 'options', then 'security' and make sure there is not a tick against 'do not allow attachments......etc'. Sometimes a tick mystriously appears against mine for some reason only known to my PC! :-)) Kim

Ok try this :- Click on tools at the top of OE Choose options near the bottom Click on security tab Make sure the Do not allow attachments bla bla box ISNT ticked. If it is ticked, untick it Then click on apply Fingers crossed!

yes i have got a virus checker but everything has been fine in the past i dont understand it brenda x

Have you got a virus checker? I think it may have been thru my virus checker as I've looked on OE and cant find anything, but will keep looking. Karen

I know there is a button to click to get the attachments not removed, but cant remember where it is, I will have a nose at my OE Karen

i am trying to view an attachment but something is stopping me. when i click on the paper clip there is nothing there., the message says "oe has removed access to the following unsafe attatchments in your mail" i know i havent changed any settings, im not that good so why should this happen. also i now cant view any previously viewed attatchment , they are all blocked. im desperate now , please help me brenda x
