how do i cancell genealogy.com?

Think I know which one you mean Kim, apparently you can mention Ancestry on here, but the correct spelling of the other one gets changed!.. as I have just found out on the Topics board!..

thanks mandy i went through on genealogy.com said it could give me access to ancestry.com,have tried to email them,very longwinded as everything is already pre typed,but did get there in the end,im only half hour into access of this site did state that so hopefully i should hae given them plenty of notice to end it,have tried foning them to unobtainable,just wondered if anyone else had same trouble here thanks for reply mandy

Do you mean genealogy.com (in which case I'm sorry I haven't heard of them) or do you mean Ancestry.com? I know some people have had difficulty cancelling their 14 day free trial on Ancestry - you do seem to need to give them plenty of notice. Have you tried emailing them, making sure that you date the email within the 14 day period? Then if they still take any money, you have proof that you cancelled. Mandy :)

hi can anyone help me here please i have subscribed for free 14 day trial on geneaolgy,com and want to cancell i have tried foning the number they have given and its not available i have tried to email them to however the agreement was to fone them to cancell membership does anyone know the number or the best way to cancell this, has anyone been here before please, i need some help on this thanks
