Cannot read cause of death

Is there anyway I can find out the cause of death on the death certificate, I have tried the hospital but because I do not know the date of birth of the decseased they cannot help. Any ideas? |

If the certificate you have is not legible you should contact the GRO and they should write it out for you. They're supposed to have a 'quality checking' process and if a cert is too bad they will transcribe it. Anne |

Perhaps if you try to put it on here someone will be able to help? Do you mean its a medical term you don't understand? There's a website of old medical terms. Not sure of the address though. Anne |

No I just can't read the writing, is says something for 9 mths and then something else for 2 mths. I know they died of cancer but it is not very clear. |
