Occupation on census record

I have found an ancestor on the 1881 census and under occupation it has "Master Baker and Grocer, Local F M Preacher Employing 1 Man". The first half is obviously self explanatory, but what is a Local F M Preacher?!

Free Methodist?? Just a guess Anne

That sounds likely, thanks. I did think the M could stand for Methodist.
