Hi Linda tried the address you gave but said p 404 not available and gave me some history sites, what did I do wrong. I thought the show quite boring, obviously had someone else do the work. How many of us could just walk into our old childhood homes. As for the doctor my consultant couldn't even spend two minutes advsing me on my complaint, he barely took the time to tell me what it was and just take a load of painkillers. Doubt if most of them would take time to tell you what they thought an old death certificate meant. Doubt if I will watch anything other than the last few minutes in future.

Hi everyone, don't know how many of you managed to watch the BBC2 programme last night ... I taped it and will watch later, but I did manage to get the website, which apparently lists all the resources we 'need' to trace our family tree. Thought this might be useful for those who were unable to view the programme. www.bbc.co.uk/familyhistory hope it's useful. Going to check it out now. best wishes Ri
