Sorry, it must be me. I have tried that but no list of names. I have tried again, but no joy. I am sure you used to be able to find a list of the names but I cant now. If I go into contacts, all I can click on there is the tree icon or the "view" either way you get the contacts tree, no list of names to go through. If you can do it, please let me know how.

Thank gawd for that, I thought I was going mad or suddenly the whole world was connected through a family called Nye! Yes, I have backed up on CD. In fact I had to use it yesterday - I dont know what happened but my new Family Tree 2005 prog suddenly kept bringing up records which I had updated quite comprehensively. It was maddening. After an hour of trying to find the updated record I gave up reinstalled and used my CD backup. Wise precaution for everyone on here!

I must be stupid but why has the word Nye appeared against so many of my contact names? At first I thought they had all added a relative with that name!!! What does it mean. Also, re trying to find rellies in someones tree - I have given up on some. I cant find the list of names as suggested though I am sure that used to be available before the recent site changes.
