I have a census record that says Where born - America British Subject. Can anyone tell me does this mean her parents etc were British or that she came here married and englishman and then became British. Thanks in advance for your help with this GR members. |

It Means that her parents were British My Grandfather was born in India and on census returns it says British subject born in India Bren |
