1901 vouchers help!!!

HI Has anyone having problems with using these vouchers or am I just thick, I have activated the voucher and got my number but everytime I try to press the login button it disappears and the screen freezes HELP

I haven't been on the 1901 site for a while, but was able to use vouchers then without any particular problem (apart from the notoriously imaginative transcription errors!). Are you using a non-standard browser? I found I had to use Explorer or Netscape - and preferably Explorer of the two - to get the site to work properly. Normally I use Camino or Safari. Have you tried contacting their technical helpline? Hope someone else can come up with something more useful Christine
