Hi every-one, I have the census records for Glamorgan, Wales for 1841 & 1851 also Pigots directory for 1844 and the 1881 British census. Any-one looking for local records should try their town archives which are wonderful places for finding information, also family history groups. Marilyn.

Hi Marilyn, Thanks fo the offer. I wonder if you would mind checking the 1881 census. I've tried the LDS site to no avail but several people mention that the site seems to have quite a few missing. I seem to be missing my entire family! So could please check for any of the following GOODRUMS-George b.1814 Acle, Hannah b.1817 Acle, William Robert b. 1846 Acle, Albert James b.1847 Acle, George John b.1850 Acle to mention but a few. In 1891 they were either in Stockton, Durham or Middlesbrough. There are also kids & married female siblings none of who appear either. How did they all manage to evade the census man? I'd appreciate any information that you may find. Best wishes....Zoe, NZ
