Thanks very much, both. I'll do as you suggest, but I agree with you Jill, we can't be the only people who want to move from quarterly to yearly. Cynical thought, I know, but bearing in mind that 4 x quarterly subs is MUCH more than an annual sub, you don't think they think that we will just forget and let the quarterly subs renew, do you? Hi Patricia, I wanted to do the same as you. Tried all ways, including e-mailing Ancestry directly. No joy. Had to cancel then re-subscribe. Damn silly way of running a site in my view. Jill |

Hi Pat, Just a thought could you cancel your subscription just before its due to be renewed then rejoin again either subscribing for the year or via the 2 week trial. I did the free 2 week trial and found so much info i let the subscription run by not cancelling it works out about £70 for the year and you get the first 2 weeks free that way. Just a thought Good Luck Michele |

Hi Can anyone tell me how I would go about upgrading my Ancestry subscription? I've got a lot out of it so far, but wish to subscribe for a year rather than another quarter. There doesn't seem to be a simple way to do this - or am I being dim????? Thanks Pat |
