Carole Thanks very much for doing this. One final thing, are you able to widen the search from Dorset for Arthur James, but holding the place of birth as Dorset - again age circa 25. He should be born Shapwick but they are often entered/transcribed wrongly. Thanks again Jonathan

There are only 4 Arthurs born in Dorset on the 1871 Census, these are them. I've found Amelia, living with her sister Elizabeth & family in the village of Barnsley, Wimborne, Dorset. The house address is blank. I'm looking for the people of two households (and address if possible). Arthur James age circa 25 born Shapwick Amelia Fripp age circa 23 born Witchampton They are possibly in Shapwick at the time although this may not necessarily be the case. Any help much appreciated! Jonathan
