Hi Jeanie, I had the opposite problem to you this week - I tried posting a reply to someone on the board, but it kept saying "You must insert a title" as if I was posting a new thread. I had to send a message directly to the other person. It wasn't the first problem they'd had either, and they'd tried contacting GR about it but got no reply. I will try emailing you to see if you get the message this time. Carole |

I have had loads of help from people recently and seem to have no problems with a direct response, ie hitting the send button, but over the last few days 3 seperate people have offered help through the Records office board and I have sent them a private e mail with my full email address and have not had an answer. I am convinced that there IS something wrong with the system. My concern is that these people will think I have not replied. Regards Jeanie |
