I have heard of it being used in hospital abbreviations as little old lady. Val LOL (laugh out loud)

Hi Rita, I posted a thread on this when I first joined a few months ago. If you go onto the General board and type 'abbreviations' into the search box, it should bring up the thread and all the brilliant replies. Mandy :)
