As you have all mothers information, you will have a marriage and where it took place. Start by searching the GRO indices for the birth, from the year of the marriage, but as you have no first name, it will depend on how common the surname is. When searching, look for registration districts at or near the marriage place. If it is a common surname, there may be a lot to choose from, but if it is a later date, the birth index gives mothers maiden name, so that should narrow things down a bit.

how do i find information about a birth when i have no specific date or name but have all mothers information
