Hello. I'm trying to locate a birth and death certificate of a relation who may have been born and subsequently died in India around 1890. I tried the FRC in London, but didn't have much luck and I need this information to confirm the whereabouts of my family from 1889-1892. Can anyone help??? Also a place name of Wellington is mentioned. Does anyone one know of a Wellington in India (such as a military post/barracks, etc). Thanks Heather :O)
