Hi Sally I'm assuming you're talking about the GC internal-emails? I haven't spotted a "printer-friendly" version and have just been using the File/Print option from the browser. Not optimal (at least it does drop the dark-green of the surround on the top & left) but it gives you a print of the e-mail. cheers - Christine

Hi Christine You can copy and paste into a blank Word document. Highlight the message (hold down the left mouse button and drag down until whole message has a black background), then click right mouse button and click on Copy in the drop down menu. Then open a blank page in Word, left click on the page to put your cursor in it, right click to get the drop down menu, and then click on Paste. Then you can print the Word page. Long winded, but effective. Tina

In outlook express, there is a print icon in the toolbar. From here, you can always select/highlight the message and copy/paste it into word and then print.

Hi I have been copying into Word when there's research info I want to keep. In fact I have some docs with just GC-contact-supplied info so that I can get back to it easily and I can collect together info on specific bits of family. I usually save-as rtf because (having no graphics) that shrinks the file enormously. That makes it easier for any non-adsl family to download if I e-mail it and also greatly reduces the virus risk as rtf does't carry macros. cheers Christine
