Hi all, Has anyone researched into workhouse records at the L.M.A in Northampton Street, London and what success have they had in their research, can anyone tell me, please, Regards J.C.

LMA has tons of stuff but check out their web site first before you visit.

Thanks Sue, For the info, I was hoping someone who has already researched into W/Records may possibly have some advice to give. The site with the best info on the L.M.A upto yet I have found is streetjam(.)dircon(.)co(.)uk, ....... L.M.A section of course. Their opening times on this site are out of date, ...... they are open on Saturday's now. Regards J.C.
