I am trying to delete some family members as I have attached wrong parents further back. The people I am trying to delete have no children or partners but I can not delete them because it is saying they are related to multiple people. Please help!

Hello You are not alone in having this problem. Have you tried putting "deleting" into the search function of the Tips board? If you do, you'll find a number of similar threads and it may be that something in those will help you. So far (!) I haven't had this problem... good luck Christine

Hi Emma, There are several of us that have had this problem, and have been putting messages up on the Board. We have also e~mailed GR and got no response, until last week when I tried again and got a long e~mail back telling me how to do it. However, even with all this info on how to go about deleting it is still impossible. I have contacted them again , asking them to try it for themselves, as the theory is fine, but it just doesn`t work in practice. If we ALL keep e~mailing GR direct then they just may get the message that there is something wrong with the system. So please Emma, fire an e~mail off direct to them, they can`t keep on ignoring the problem if the numbers complaining keep growing. Jay.
