Is there any way of printing images in a larger size. At the moment I need a magnifying glass to read my printouts. Thanks

Carol, I usually save them on my computer where you can zoom in and out so the are easy to read, I only print out when I have the person I want. But do agree I wear glasses for reading and I still use a magnifier to read the print out. If you only want a section of it printed you could copy and paste to word, I dont know what it would be like to do this with the whole page probably would work but would be over at least two pages, but at least you would be able to read them. Good Luck Pat x

If you can work out which part of the page you want after it's enlarged, you can go into ?page set-up / ?print set-up and increase the magnification (probably). It will overflow onto extra sheets, but you could elect to print only the relevant pages. (I recommend you hand-write on the salient info about year/qtr/BMD as soon as you print because otherwise you'll just have a sheet of names and refs & no way of knowing what it's for! - guess who nearly did... ;-) ) I use the same method to make sure I can get the whole page on a single sheet (by reducing to 95% or less) - but it does make it a bit hard to read. Viewing on screen, magnified is a good option. Christine

Thanks for your suggestions. I agree it is easier to read on screen, but printouts are nice to have.
