Did it in landscape - don't know what the problem is. I think I'll have to see if she can jot it down for me and I'll put in on a blank form of some sort. Any idea where I can get blank census forms from by the way ? Mary

My friend sent me the images through and they were A4 she says so there must be something I'll have to fiddle with. Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I'll have a go. Mary

I can only suggest you go through any options to do with Page Set-up or Printer Set-up and make sure none is on (e.g.) "2-up" or "50%" or anything like that. I've had similar things with Excel and had to jump through lots of hoops to work out which setting was adrift. It is possible that they've been sent as small images, in which case enlarging them may not result in anything very usable! good luck Christine

I've been sent some census images through but when I print them to fit A4 they only half fill the page and are too small to read. If I try and enlarge them the images gets distorted. Is there a way of doing this ? I'm no expert at all this and I've had this problem before. Can someone advise me please ? Mary
