Babz, If you have any problems, try asking someone on the Records Office Board on here to do the lookups for you. Most people are very helpful and will do them for you. Good Luck Maggy

Oooooooo Brenda what you doin' on line on your birthday??? You should be waited on hand and foot today lol Happy Birthday to you : ) Babz I'm afraid I don't use a decoder - it's programme is not mac compatable. However it enables you to see groups of the same family living together. Its FREE and can be downloaded here: www(.)censusdecoder(.)com Much happiness Debi

use the 1901 census decoder first to narrow down your options and hopefully find the people you are looking for. i wasted so much money on 1901 only to find they were the wrong household.(and sent them many an email) brenda x

Hi Babz I have had nothing negative to report about the 1901 census/Ancestry & 1837. They are all secured sites re payment and well worth the money which I think is reasonable. A happy genealogy bunny 4 sure : ) Much happiness Debi

Any advice from GR members who live in Aust' regarding buying credits to view sites so I can do my own look-ups on the Uk Census etc.. I presume there is an exchange rate? So, I would have to X3 (roughly) Anybody had problems giving credit card details 'over the net'. Any advice or tips ?? on the best way to use the credits to get the best advantage out of them. I have read the terms and conditions of most sites that request a payment..........I just need some feedback from others regarding the negatives and the positives before I actually go ahead.
