Also make sure you haven't got your capslock on for the password as it won't accept capitals.... Kim |

I had trouble the first few times I tried..then I found the password and have had no trouble at all..password is durable. |

Thanks Liz Your suggestion gave me an idea. I turned off my firewall and got in then turned it back on! I'll have to remember to do that each time! Thanks again. Lynne |

well im glad im not the only one getting that message up i cant get in to it either even though im logged in it tells me im not authorised |

I can still get in fine as long as I turn cookie control off on my firewall. Could that be your problem? Liz |

Is anyone else having trouble logging on to the Gale Ancestry Free Trial? I keep getting a page saying I am not authorised and have to log in. I log in in again and get the same thing! Lynne |
