Help! Can't export my tree

Amy, I have just read the instructions for exporting tree,by the looks of it you have to be the only person on your tree if i am reading it right.go back to export tree and above DELETE TREE,THERE IS A SMALL PARAGRAPH ABOUT BEING THE ONLY ONE ON YOUR TREE. Good luck Sue |

I no longer want to keep my tree on GC now after recent events, but I can't export it. I've read all the info on the site but when I press the button to export my tree the dialogue box which lets you choose whether to open or save does not come up. Have emailed GR but have not had a response. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it because my tree is quite large? Help!! Please!!! Amy x |
