I am to take it that the pics on our trees will not be coming back at all? And we now just have the icon, I have found out you click on the icon to see the pic, and realised after some time that it is sitting diirectly behind the tree box in large format. When you click to go back, you go to the edit box, and you then lose your tree box. Is it just me or do others find this problematic. Peter

I have just checked mine and I see what you mean - awful, what a waste of time it was uploading them! Not sure I'll be renewing either. Carole

Hi Peter I too agree, no way is this an improvement. I also wrote to GR and had an unsatisfactory reply. The whole idea of being able to scroll through a tree and see all the wonderful old photo's was really special. I'm just very sad Christel :(

I have just found a way round this problem, when you have looked at the picture click on the back button under the photo and on the next page click on save the changes then on the next page click view tree, its a bit long winded but at least it works, or at the bottom of the screen it says something like www,microsoft tree that takes you back but it dosn't always appear to be there. jenny x
