Hi Mary, I had exactly the same thing when the site changed. I also got stuck in a register/log in loop. I complained quite a lot ( sorry GR !) and it was very kindly sorted out by Michelle. Did take a while - but sorted out in end. Contact GR and they will do their best for you. Good Luck Elaine x.

Since the new look GR I don't seem to be able to access the names in my tree. I get the little hand when I put the cursor on a name, but when I click, nothing happens. I've tried single and double clicking, but nothing!! I don't get any movement either on the + or the magnifying glass, but I do on the right hand symbol, the little oblongs! What is going on? I can't believe it's because I use MacOSX because I was using Mac long before I signed up on this site and all was fine then. I can't add to my tree which is VERY frustrating!! Cheers, Mary, Devon
