help withother people's trees

thanks a lt have got it sorted now, but couldn't view at first. sorry it took so long to give thanks for help but my son has just had an operation.

Right: sussed it. You have to go in via "View Trees" and not "Your Contacts"

I can view my contacts trees and relations ok, I think someone else was having the same problem yesterday. jenny

It's probably on one of the "Maternal line" branches. Use the "view their relations" option and look for it there, then switch to tree view. UPDATE: Ah: looks like the "View their relations" option is a victim of the latest "Upgrade". In that case you're stuffed. NO See below.

can anyone help, i have been given permission to view someones tree because they have someone on with a similar unusual name.but when i go into their tree i can't find the person on any ideas where i am going wrong thanks everyone tracey x
