You'll find church records for Fulham at the London Metropolitan Archive, which is just round the corner from the Family Records Centre. This website will give details of how to get there: http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/Corporation/leisure_heritage/libraries_archives_museums_galleries/lma/lma.htm They have an online index of what records are available.
