Hi Marion and Sandra, Thanks for your replies. I did notice the NEW Terms and conditions but like you don't know if they are very much changed from the original. Yes, my names on the surname listings do have (In your tree) next to them. I am sure most people who you give access to would use the information appropriately. It just seems that there are a few that don't. I have only given access to 3 members where there is a positive link and I think most people would like to make sure rather than it happen automatically. Rose

I have been looking at the new format and trying things out and came across this. Someone else may have noticed this already. If you now contact someone on the surname listings there is now a box already ticked which allows them access to your tree. Members have recently been complaining about people who've been given access to their trees and adding the information to theirs, so make sure you change the box if you don't want to give them access straight away.
