Devon family history society have transcribed marriages 1754-1837 for (I think) all Devon. They are all transcribing baptisms and burials 1813 - 1837. Details on their website. None of the information on the IGI is from original registers. It appears to be from transcripts prepared early last century. The registers in the Record Office are all on fiche and I think that copies of the fiche can be purchased. Brenda
