Hello everyone, Help needed please. Have found a missing relative, Caroline Greatorex b1847. on her marriage cert (of which i have a copy) her father is Thomas Greatorex and this is where my search grows cold. I cannot find anything at all pertaining to this elusive chap. On the wedding cert (marriage was in Uttoxeter, Staffs by the way) it says occupation as Gardener. The other problem is the spelling of this name. It is GREATOREX on the marriage cert. but GREATREX on Carolines illegitimates sons birth certificate and GREATRIX on the sons marriage certificate. But i really would love to find Thomas as i have come to a brick wall and honestly dont know where to look anymore. You have all been so kind in the past with your help and advice so my fingers are crossed in the hope that you can help me again. Michelle.
