Lynne, I have tried to import but incredimail is not on the list of accounts that you can import from and it will not let me type in any others :-( Paul, It is not just one email that I cannot read, it is ALL my mail including my saved messages and even my sent ones!!! I have no idea what happened, I just turned it on the other day and nothing there. I have symantic check all my mail both in and out and I have Norton so I am stumped!!! Sue:-) |

You should be able to "save" a message in incredimail, which will probably save it in text format... I don't think you can export a whole load of message from incredimail unfortunately - that's what I wanted o do recently (if anyone knows how, I'd like to hear !). Unfortnately it sounds as if your message is corrupt and may need deleting. |

Sue I don't use Outlook Express but I know Outlook 200 has a facility to import mail from another email programme. Have a look in the Help on Outlook Express and see if it has this facility. Good Luck Lynne |

I had been using Incredimail without any problems until a couple of weeks ago, now all I get is a message saying 'error could not load the message properly', this happens even with my saved messages. I want to transfer all my messages over to my outlook express but I cannot just forward it. Is there any other way to do it? Sue:-) |
