Keep trying to mail images, that keep bouncing back, was informed that you cant mail if the other person is online. Please help Shan

I've never heard of that before. I know some service providers ho*t*mail and ya* hoo to name a few limit the size of attachments a person can recieve do it may be that the images are too large Zoe

Hi Again, tried about 5 times last night to mail images to the same person, mailed it this am and it went through, now ive tried again tonight for the last 30 mins if not longer keeps bouncing back. Just cant work it out. Im not a stranger to pc's,never had this before Shan

shan whats the last bit on the email address you're sending to e.g. blue yonder or ya hoo?? Its possibly that the person has reached their mailbox limit and until they delete the email you got through earlier then their provider will just keep rejecting all new mail

ZOE!!!! you star, you just answered my ?? Just got a new pc, when i go to mail an image it asks if i want to reduce the size because it wont take as long and take up so much memory, i say no, but the one i mailed this am i said yes and it went through. Maybe that's it Thank's Shan
