Hi George, I'm also looking for an ancestor who emigrated to South Africa. A good site worth trying is www(.)genealogy(.)co(.)za/ this site was recomended to me by others on this tips boards it has many lists of ships to & from South Africa amongst lots of other info. The site is however undergoing an overhawl and expected to be completed by september, but looks like it will be of great interest. Happy Hunting Michele Just remove the ()

Anyone know of any good sites with passenger lists of ships going to South Africa in 1910? My great grandparents went in about 1910 on Southern Star Liner. I'm not sure who owned the ship. They came back at some point before 1917. Thanks George
