Dear Trish, If you mean you have had an e-mail via Genes reunited just click on your contacts, and that should tell you who has written to you and when. Best wishes from Diane.............

Trish if you mean that when you go to Name Summary you see new message printed at the side of one of your names then you should click on the surname. This will open a new page and you then click on the appropriate board to access the message(s). Dee x
