They are not the same. BIVRI certainly contains some later births that are not on IGI. How useful BIVRI may be to you depends rather on which counties interest you. I am thinking of purchasing the new version on the BVRI, but i don't want it to be a waste of money if i find out that the British section on the IGI and the BVRI are exactly the same thing!. Thanks in advance
