Hi Victoria, there was a thread on here the other day with some helpful instructions - by Allie I think. If you need any more help following the previous reply, do a search on this board and I'm sure it will come up. Good luck, Mandy :)

Victoria If you put in the name you are hunting for with an age alway make sure you have at least +/- 5 years around that date, in the box, and where you think they may have been living i.e. London if you are not sure. You will have come up all the names within 10 years say he was born 1895 it will show 1890-1900. If you are sure which one is yours go back to person search just put in the surname, then where living, make sure its the same spelling as the one you saw. You will have come up all the people with that surname in the parish you put in. Then you can process results, click on show results and they should all be on the page. If there are more than 10 you can click up to 30 to show per page you will find this at the bottom. If there are more than 30 you will have to click process results to go to the bottom click next page until you have processed them all. Then you can click on show results, click on page ID which will put them in order for you. Hope you understand my explanation and that its plain enough. If not email me and I will try and help.
