Does anyone know this area? My Gt Gt Grandfather was a gamekeeper in Morden in 1849 - 1871. I know Kingston Lacey is a large estate near Morden, does anyone know of any others? Ann Glos |

No help I know, but thank you for the details re Morden. I have a Pitman family from Morden, Dorset [Matilda 1866 and William 1835]. Also Lanning [Wiiliam's wife Kezia 1835 and her father Samuel c.1800] I hadn't realised it was such a small place. Wendy |
