Amanda, The Cherrygin cottages look to be on, what is now, Calthorpe Road. The Royal Mail site doesn't list any houses with that name on that road today. Crista |

Trying to find out if Cherrygin Cottages near Ryde are still standing. Gt. Gt. grandparents lived there 1880's-90's, (Hayles and Allnutts) From an Aeriel photo position is the edge of a field between Thorton Manor Drive and Woodland Close on the B3330. Tried I.O.W. sites and I.O.W. local history, no luck. |
