Help! My tree doesn't look quite right

I originally started on here with very basic info ie me, brother and parents. I then went no further. Came back to it last year, then stopped again, but now really into it! I seem to have put myself, brother and parents on twice each ie if I look at my grandparents now, it shows me x 2 as grandchildren and my brother x 2 as well. How do I remedy this? Thanks Sue

Susan, I remember I did this when I first started with my dad's brothers. I managed to delete one of them, but first checking that it wasn't the one with any other relatives attached, eg. wife, children. Took a little while, but it is possible. Shirley

Susan Best thing is probably to delete the tree and start again. Most of us had a false start or two

How do I delete the tree? Sorry to be a bit dim!

You can remove your family tree leaving only your details, by selecting the "Import/Export tree" area from the left-hand side of the site and then scrolling down to the "Delete your tree" area in the middle of the screen. Select ‘Yes’ (to the question "You have requested to delete your entire tree and this will delete all entries apart from yourself - Do You Wish to Continue?) To remove your tree. Susan Not dim we all have to learn somehow

Thanks Bob. I will do that and start again before I put my new info on there!
