I'd be grateful if anyone experienced could offer their opinions! My ggrandmother is Annie on the 1891 and 1901 censuses and Annie Florence on her son's birth cert. I'm having trouble tracing her own birth, but I've found one that fits in every way except the christian name which is Ada. Has anyone heard of an Ada being known as Annie? Many thanks, Mandy :)
