I've just come across some rellies on Ancestry.com but it says Unknown under each of the names and I can't get the origional image, has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? |

I usually find unknown next to names where the transriber isn't 100% sure what it says so they put in what they think and then unknown next to it annoyingly - if they've got it right it means you don't get a hit when you search as it reads the name as Smith Unknown and you only get it when using a wildcard. Email ancestry about getting th ewrong page - I've had this a couple of time so theres obviously some glitches in the system |
