Linda, the viewer is an explorer plug in sort of thing, try right clicking an select open with and choose Internet Explorer, check the box "always open these files with this program " . Bob |

The Djvu is the one from Lizard. Try right clicking on the file and using "Open with .." and choose Djvu. Depending on how you saved them the file might have the wrong extension on it. I always use the "Save page as" option by right clicking on the page when it's open. |

I've got the Djvu viewer - I can see things great when I'm on the actual page - the information just isnt there when I try to view the saved information on floppy disc when I'm off line. Is Lizard Tech another one I should have? |

Have you got the right viewer installed from LizardTech? You can download it from 1837. Paul |

I've just spent the last hour looking at various pages on 1837 Online and saved relevant pages to floppy disc. Now when I try to view them all I get it the template of the page without any details of births/marriages etc. Can anyone please tell me where I went wrong? |
