One of the 1881 transcribers has listed a load of Essex addresses with Sussex as the county!

Greeting's Again Sue. . . Islington ? There's a Post Office called that name to the left of Wiggenhall St. Mary the Virgin which is South West of King's Lynn MIKE

Greeting's Sue. . . . Try this link www.norfolkfhs.org.uk/districts/rd1836/parishes.htm List of all the villages in Norfolk. . . But no sign of that one . . .Think along the same lines as Ann MIKE.

Anne, Good thinking!!! Found a couple more that looked like names Onpsoniessusanfitt Or Claxtonolk so I think you are right. I have already found out today that Islington was in Norfolk in 1901(and there was me thinking it was in London LOL!!) Sue:-)

Don't you think it looks like some personal names run together? eg Anderson, Liza, Thorne. Perhaps the submitter had no idea where they came from, or else filled in the wrong box! Anne

On checking for an ancester on IGI I found this place, has anyone got any ideas where it is supposed to be?! Xanderansonlizathorneh, , Norfolk, Sue:-)
