There is always something new on the Internet. How do we keep up ? Answer: we don't, there is simply too much new information ! I find it useful to check out these genealogy websites, now and again, just to see what's new, whether it is interesting for me, whether it mentions any names I'm researching, ... 1) Cyndi's List: http://www.cyndislist(.)com/whatsnew.htm Cyndi: "As new links are submitted to me ... they will temporarily be added to a page of uncategorized links for that month." 2) The Genealogy Homepage: http://www.genhomepage(.)com/ There are two interesting links here: http://www.genhomepage(.)com/whats_new.html "This document lists WWW pages related to genealogy that have recently been announced or discovered. All of the references listed here are included on The Genealogy Home Page." and http://www.genhomepage(.)com/really_new.html "The following genealogy WWW pages have been submitted for inclusion on the "What's New in WWW Genealogy Pages" page and the Genealogy Home Page, but have not been reviewed." 3) GENUKI Newsletter: http://archiver.rootsweb.com/th/index/UK-FAMILYHISTORYNEWS This link has also been mentioned by Dereck Harridence, but it's worth repeating. It is to a newsletter, which, among other things: - lists all new information either appearing, accessable from the GENUKI-Site - lists new Census CDs available - lists new Directories available - lists new books - passes on reader's queries - lists interesting web-sites - etc, etc

Thanks Bob for this thread, not exactly over popular at present, but should be. Did not look last night, but because it was hot overnight, I got up at six and and its now 0810 hrs and I've got to drag myself away from your little gems (little?), my god, they are good. Take a look folks, everyone will find something of interest. Good hunting to all, Derek in France

Hi Bob, thank you for taking the time to post these sites. I've just spent the last three hours (didn't realise it was THAT long) having a look through the links.. Loads of useful stuff. It's amazing just how much there is on the web. Thanks again Christine
