Joan, If you go to your servers home page, you should be able access your emails from there, and delete the one that is causing you problems. Kim

Joan, I could'nt get mine through outlook at all. Fortunately I am with BT and had the option of receiving my mail through the yahoo mail service. All the mail came through including the offending one that was blocking the others. Who is your ISP? You will be able to get your mail through them as outlook express gets your mail through them anyway.Hopefully you can sort the problem out that way. I am not going to use outlook again as I find Yahoo easier to manage, especially for screening what mail I want to open with regards possible viruses. It also gets rid of the spam. I hope you get sorted and let me know how you get on. It's really frustrating I know. Fingers crossed for you :-)))) Allie
